  • 4 halves chicken breast
  • 50 gr cheese
  • 50 gr smoked bacon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • basil
  • paprika

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed chicken breast:


  1. Wash the chicken pieces and dry them with a clean napkin.

  2. Grate the cheese on a large grater.

  3. Cut the bacon into pieces and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Cut the chicken breast pieces in half, but not completely, and unwrap the chicken piece. Beat it lightly with a meat hammer.

  5. Put half of the piece of cheese, then the pieces of bacon, sprinkle a little salt and basil. Pass over the piece of chicken left free and press lightly.

  6. Do the same with all the chicken pieces, cheese and remaining bacon.

  7. Heat the grill pan and grease it with butter.

  8. Put the chicken packages on the hot grill, let it brown nicely and then turn it on the other side. Sprinkle the paprika quickly.

  9. Serve it with mashed potatoes with butter and salad.
