Cooking:
Step 1: cook the potatoes.

Potatoes can be taken boiled, then skip this step. If you took raw, peel it, cut into large pieces and mix with salt and basil.

Put the potatoes in a baking dish, add the butter and send in preheated until 180 degrees the oven. Bring to readiness and cool to room temperature.
Step 2: mix the omelet ingredients.

Lubricate the baking dish with butter and put on it potatoes, meatballs and raw smoked pork, thinly sliced at the edges.

Beat eggs with salt and pepper, pour the resulting mass into a baking dish with potatoes, meatballs and meat.

Top with a sprig of tomatoes (optionally lightly salt them).
Step 3: bake an omelet with potatoes and meatballs in the oven.

Step 4: serve the omelet with potatoes and meatballs in the oven.

Before you get an omelet from a mold and chop it, let it cool for 10-15 minutes. Then you can already serve with sauce or sour cream.
Enjoy your meal!
