Preparation Cheesecake and fruit.
The crushed biscuits, mixed with melted butter, spread in a cake form (I used a small yena bowl) and form a slightly higher edge then give it a cold shape;
Meanwhile, mix the cheese with 1 tablespoon of sugar, lemon juice, whipped cream and shape over the biscuits then cool;
The gelatin is kept in cold water for 10 minutes, during which time the raspberries (leaving a few for garnish) crushed with a fork, together with the rest of the sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of water are put on the fire only when the sugar melts;
Mix with water-squeezed gelatin, mix well and pour over the cheesecake, decorate with the rest of the raspberries.
Cheesecake keep in the fridge for a few hours even until the next day.
