  1. Chanterelles 1 kilogram
  2. Onion 1 piece
  3. Carrot 1 piece
  4. Garlic to taste
  5. Vegetable oil for frying

Step 1: fry the onions with carrots.

Chop onion and garlic into small cubes, grate the carrots.
At the same time, thoroughly rinse the chanterelles, dry and clean if necessary. Large chanterelles cut into smaller pieces, leave small mushrooms intact.
Sauté onion, garlic and carrots in a small amount of butter until soft.
