Inventory:
Frying pan, pan, sieve
Cooking:
Step 1: chop the potatoes.

Young potatoes have a very thin skin, so just peel it off with a brush and water. Peel the garlic immediately and chop the greens.

Cut the potatoes into 4-6 pieces each.
Step 2: cook the potatoes.

Boil water in a saucepan, and when it boils, put chopped potatoes in it and cook it for 5-10 minutes.
Drain the boiled potatoes.
Step 3: fry the potatoes.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and dip the potatoes into it. Fry until golden brown. And be sure to check if the potatoes are soft inside.

Fold the pieces of fried potatoes onto a strainer so that the glass is excess oil.
Sprinkle the finished potatoes with finely chopped dill and mix.
Step 4: prepare the sauce.

While the oil is draining from the potatoes, prepare the garlic sauce. First mix the chopped garlic with salt, lemon juice and a little vegetable oil to make a paste.

Then sour cream or yogurt is added to the garlic. And again, everything mixes well.
You can also use a blender to make this sauce.
It is best to cool the garlic sauce for an hour. If desired, you can decorate it with greenery.
Step 5: Serve the potato garnish with garlic sauce.

A potato garnish with garlic sauce is perfect for meat. It’s also a great snack! I recommend to try.
Enjoy your meal!
Recipe Tips:
- Garlic sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
