baking dish (24 cm in diameter), mixer

Step 1: knead the dough.

Separate the squirrels from the yolks and beat the squirrels in a thick foam. Then add sugar and continue whisking. Add one egg yolk at the end and beat well again.

Dissolve the margarine over low heat, and then let it cool.
Sift the flour and mix it with crushed nuts, starch and baking powder. Add all this to the eggs and mix with a spatula (not a mixer), add the cooled margarine and mix well again.

Step 2: prepare bulk dough.

Mix the softened butter with flour, sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer until you get short crumb.

Step 3: bake a pie with strawberries and gooseberries.

Lubricate the baking dish with oil and pour the batter into it. Even out. Rinse and dry the strawberries and gooseberries (you can use more berries than indicated in the ingredients), and then lay them on top.
Cover the berries with bulk dough and put the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, on 40 minutes.

Step 4: serve the pie with strawberries and gooseberries.

Decorate the finished pie with strawberries and gooseberries with powdered sugar, cool and serve as a dessert.
Enjoy your meal!
