Ingredients for Salad with Beans and Pickles

  1. Boiled red beans 1/2 cup
  2. Bulgarian pepper 1/2 pieces
  3. Red onion 1 piece (small)
  4. Pickled cucumbers 2-3 pieces
  5. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  6. Parsley to taste
  7. Pepper to taste
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon

Step 1: chop the vegetables.

Rinse the cucumbers with cold water, cut into cubes or circles and drain the released liquid.
