  1. Pumpkin peeled 450 grams
  2. Egg 1 piece
  3. Flour 1/2 cup
  4. Natural yogurt or kefir 5 tablespoons
  5. Dried green onions 1 tablespoon (fresh need 2-3 times more)
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. Pepper to taste

Step 1: Three Pumpkins

Grate the peeled pumpkin on a coarse grater. Drain the water.

Step 2: mix the ingredients.

Separate the protein from the yolk and beat it into a strong foam.
Mix the yolk with flour, yogurt or kefir, salt and pepper. Then add the pumpkin and mix very well again.
Add whipped protein and mix gently so as not to disrupt the airiness of the protein.
Add onions and mix again.

Step 3: fry pumpkin pancakes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and spread the pumpkin mass into it with a spoon, forming draniki. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

After frying, dip pumpkin pancakes with a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Step 4: serve pumpkin pancakes.

Serve pumpkin pancakes hot. Use your favorite sauce or sour cream. If you ask me, then with sour cream, of course, the most delicious.
