Ingredients for Making Braised Mushrooms

  1. Champignons 400 grams (small size)
  2. Vegetable oil 2-3 tablespoons
  3. Garlic 1-3 cloves (to taste)
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. Ground white pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon

Step 1: fry the champignons.

I take mushrooms of a small size, such can not be cut, it is enough to rinse and clean properly.
