- Red wine 750 milliliters

Step 1: chop fruit and ginger.
Rinse the lemon and orange, pour boiling water, hold for a couple of minutes, and then cut the fruit into thin circles.
Peel and chop a piece of ginger thinly.
Step 2: cook mulled wine with fruits.
Pour the wine into a saucepan, put it on a slow fire, add cinnamon, cloves and anise.
Add ginger, apples, lemon and orange. Continue to heat until the wine begins to evaporate, but in no case do not let it boil.
Remove mulled wine from the fire, add honey and serve!
Step 3: serve mulled wine with fruits.
