  1. Dry Beans 300g
  2. Carrot 1 pc
  3. Bow 1 pc
  4. Tomato paste 1 tsp
  5. Tomato juice 1 cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Garlic 1 clove
  8. Water to taste
  9. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
  10. Ground black pepper to taste

Rinse the beans well and soak in water overnight. Add the garlic, bay leaf to the beans and cook until tender.
While the beans are boiling, chop the onions and grate the carrots and fry them in vegetable oil. Add tomato paste (for color), a little water and pour tomato juice, salt, pepper and simmer until cooked.
Add boiled beans to the prepared sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes. Allow the dish to cool slightly and can be served.
