  1. minced meat 1 kg
  2. onions 2 pcs.
  3. garlic 2 cloves
  4. buns 2 pcs.
  5. sour cream 1 tbsp with a slide

  7. pepper to taste
  8. milk 150 ml

Cooking method:

1. Soak the loaf in milk for 10-15 minutes.

2. Grind onions and garlic using a blender or twist through a meat grinder and send to the minced meat.

3. Add salt, pepper, eggs, a soaked loaf and a spoonful of sour cream. Mix everything well and leave for 15 minutes.

4. Heat the pan, add vegetable oil and spread on a tablespoon of minced meat.

5. Fry on both sides until golden.
