Ingredients for Cooking Turkey with Skewered Vegetables
- Turkey fillet 400 grams
- Vegetable red pepper 2 pieces
- Vegetable yellow pepper 2 pieces
- White onion 1 piece
- Red onion 1 piece

Step 1: prepare the marinade.
Combine chopped garlic, finely chopped chili peppers, olive oil, dried thyme, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
Step 2: chop the turkey.
Cut the turkey fillet into large cubes, so that it is convenient to stick them on skewers, and so that they fry rather quickly.
