Ingredients

Salad:

  12. Pine nuts 20 g

For the sauce:

  1. Olive oil 150 ml
  2. Lemon juice 30 ml.
  3. Sugar 1 tbsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Ground black pepper ½ tsp
  6. Fresh basil 10 g
  7. Fresh parsley 10 g

Cooking:


Step 1.

Put 2 sheets of foil on the table, one on top of the other. In the center of the foil, put 1 beetroot, pour honey, 1 tsp balsamic cream and add ½ tsp salt. Wrap the foil tightly. First in one sheet, then in the second. Wrap the remaining fruits in the same way.

Remove the beets from the oven and cool.

Put soft curd cheese in a bowl, add sour cream, olive oil 1 tbsp, lemon juice 1 tsp, finely chopped basil 1 tbsp, red chili ⅓ tsp, salt ½ tsp. and mix until smooth.

Put prepared cheese in a cooking bag.

Pour 150 ml into the blender. olive oil, add 30 ml. lemon juice, 1 tablespoon sugar, black pepper ½ tsp, fresh basil and parsley. Beat everything well with a fork.
