  • Main Ingredients
  • Serving 4 servings

Inventory:

frying pan, spatula, paper towel, fork, spatula, grater, meat hammer

Cooking:

Step 1: roll the rolls.

Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into several plump parts.

Beat with a hammer, flattening to thin chops.

Grate cheese on a medium grater.

Salt and pepper the chicken, put a little cheese in the center.

Roll the roll. Roll the remaining slices of fillet in the same way.

Step 2: prepare the batter.

In a bowl, mix the egg with salt and some flour (add and stir the flour until you get a fairly thick batter, like dough for pancakes).

Step 3: fry the chicken rolls in batter.

Heat enough oil in a pan. Dip each roll in batter, so that they are covered with egg-flour mixture on all sides, and then send to the pan.
Fry the rolls so that they do not touch each other. Cook over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.

Dip hot rolls with a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Step 4: serve the chicken rolls in batter.

Serve chicken rolls in batter hot. They go well with a salad of fresh vegetables.
Enjoy your meal!
