  1. Beef steak 250-300 g
  2. Thyme fresh several sprigs
  3. 2 cloves of garlic
  4. Vegetable oil for frying
  5. Butter 50 g

Step 1: prepare the meat.

10 minutes before you start to fry the meat, salt it, pepper, sprinkle with thyme and set aside for a while, taking butter.

Step 2: prepare the butter for serving.

Cut the soft butter into cubes and mix with finely chopped herbs and a garlic clove passed through a press. This oil is perfect not only for steak, but also for cooking chicken, fish, potatoes. It is fragrant and tasty.
If you want pungency, add chili pepper to the oil to taste.

Wrap the butter in a plastic wrap, wrapping it in a sausage, and refrigerate 1-2 hours or at 30 minutes in the freezer.

Step 3: fry the steak.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and saute the beef for 3 minutes on one side.
Then turn the steak to the other side, add the butter, fresh thyme and garlic cloves. Toast for 3 minutespouring meat on top with melted butter.
Put the steak on a warm plate (you can warm it in the microwave or oven) and leave the meat to "rest" on 5 minutes.

Step 4: serve the steak with butter.

Put slices of butter and herbs on a steak and serve with your favorite side dish.
