Ingredients for making smoothies with berries and banana.

  1. Red currant 100 grams
  2. Blueberries 100 grams
  3. Raspberry 100 grams
  4. Banana 80 grams (peeled)
  5. Yogurt 180 grams
  6. Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Main ingredients: Banana, Redcurrant, Raspberry, Blueberry, Sugar
  • Serving 2 servings

Inventory:

Blender, glass, straw, strainer, spoon.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare a layer of red currant.


Rinse the red currants and lower them into a blender. Grind and then squeeze through a sieve. Mix the resulting juice in a blender with a tablespoon of sugar and yogurt, then pour to the bottom of the glasses.

Step 2: prepare the blueberry layers.

Do the same with blueberries. Grind, wipe, mix with sugar and yogurt, and then gently, on the back of the spoon pour into a glass over a layer of currant.

Step 3: prepare raspberry layers.


Now raspberries, repeat everything from the very beginning and with it too, filling the glass with another berry layer.

Step 4: prepare a layer of banana.


Just peel the banana and grind it in a blender, mixed with one tablespoon of yogurt.
Put the last banana layer on top of the smoothie and serve the smoothie to the table.

Step 5: Serve a smoothie with berries and a banana.


Serve smoothies with berries and banana immediately after cooking. Drink it through a straw. It is very tasty and bright. Wonderful summer dessert. Lightweight and natural.
