In mid-November we had the last barbecue of the year, we didn't stay long because the wind was a little windy and it wasn't good for the girls, but still the idea is that in November we managed to have a barbecue and not anywhere but at the Romanian cold. This is my mother's recipe that she spices meat.

  • 1 kg of pork
  • 1 kg chicken legs, slightly notched
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon delicate
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • pepper

Servings: 4

Preparation time: over 120 minutes


Cut the meat and mix with all the ingredients.

Leave to cool, covered, for 24 hours.

It is grilled and served with a cold beer.
