First we prepare the syrup. Bring the sugar water to a boil over low heat for about 30 minutes, doing the same as for any jam. When it has set, turn off the heat and wait 15-20 minutes for the syrup to cool so we can add honey. Mix the syrup and honey until smooth and add the lemon juice.

Grind the walnuts with the help of the robot. Add the cinnamon and divide the composition into three.

We divide the package of sheets into four. Usually a package has 12 sheets. So we will have 4 layers of sheets and three rows of filling.

We place in the tray the first three sheets that we grease with melted butter (each one separately) placing on top the first part of the walnut mixture with cinnamon. Then three more sheets each greased with butter, and the second part of the nut mixture, then repeating the process until the last three sheets.

Grease well with butter and the last layer of sheets and portion with a knife.

Put in the preheated oven, over medium heat, for about 30 minutes. The cake is ready when the top sheets have browned.

At the end, pour all the syrup over it and leave it until it is well absorbed.

I decorated with a little raw pistachios.
