Cooking a pie with whole apples:

Step 1: knead the dough.

Mix the sifted flour with powdered sugar, butter (cold), eggs, milk, vanilla sugar, baking powder for the dough and salt. Knead a uniform soft dough, knead it well, roll it into a ball, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator 30 minutes.

Step 2: mix nuts and raisins.

Wash raisins, soak in rum on 30 minutes.
At the same time, chop the nuts (with a blender or whatever you like), and then mix them with soaked raisins (rum must be drained).

Step 3: collect the cake.

Prepare the mold by lubricating it with oil. Divide the dough into two parts, one lay out the bottom of the form, and from the other half, form the edge of the cake.

Mix cottage cheese with eggs and vanilla essence until creamy.
Rinse the apples and carefully remove the core from them. Fill apples with a mixture of raisins and nuts.
Put the stuffed apples on the dough, placing them nicely, and fill the remaining space with the curd-egg mass.

Step 4: bake a pie with whole apples.

Preheat the oven to 170-190 degrees (look at your technique and how evenly it heats up) and send the apple pie to it about 1 hour. The dough and curd mass should be browned, but make sure that nothing starts to burn.
Before serving, the cake should be allowed to cool completely, and then remove it from the mold and transfer to a large dish.

Step 5: serve the pie with whole apples.

Cut the pie with whole apples into portions and serve as a dessert or as a sweet afternoon snack for tea, compote or coffee. Very tasty and looks great. Try it for sure, you will like it.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- Take a split mold for the preparation of the pie, then you will not have problems when removing the baking.

- Apples can also be stuffed with berries with sugar, chocolate, thick jam, marzipan, sweet cereal, prunes, dried apricots, etc.
